so... that time again. Quite unbelievable that the year has gone, and we stand facing another marker of the rapid passing of time.

I was going to write a very different post. And if you look back through the last couple posts, you'll see that my head has had a distance to travel.

And I find myself thinking back about this blogging adventure...
Thinking of off shore, who introduced me to this whole thing.
Thinking of Rick and Pearl :) who have been such an encouragement.
Thinking of Scott, whose writing consistently challenges my motives.
Thinking of Deb, who I've had the priviledge to meet in person.
Thinking of Mike Todd whose writing challenges my action...

And I'm thinking of the other great bloggers I've "met" or read, thinking of the new families checking out my church, thinking about the lovely souls heading to the methadone clinic today, thinking about the friends and family I don't invest enough time with...

And after all this thinking...

I resolve to spend 2005 exploring the height, and breadth and depth of Community... through God's heart and out into the wider world.
